The Hills Council have new rules for the synthetic fields at Bernie Mullane:
1) Only players and officials are to be on the playing surface, all spectators are to remain behind the fence.
2) Metal studs are prohibited and moulded studs are highly recommended (preferably no flat soled trainers as they flatten the synthetic grass).
