Hi Everyone, I apologise that the field allocations and game updates are out so late tonight. Please find attached the field allocations for tomorrow evening. Please check the draw carefully as we have had to make some time adjustments to a couple of games, and there is now also a 3 way game scheduled.
Presentations – All U6/U7 teams and the winner and runner up of the Grand final games will be presented with their medals/trophies at the following times:
6:20pm – All U6/U7 Teams, U8/U9, Grand Finalists, U14/U15G Grand Finalists, U16/U17B Grand Finalists
7:10pm – U10/U11 Grand Finalists, U15/U16M Grand Finalists, U16M Grand Finalists, U16/U17G Grand Finalists
8:00pm – U12 Grand Finalists, U13/U14BM Grand Finalists, U14/U15B Grand Finalists, U16/U17M Grand Finalists
Wet Weather – Its looking like another hot day with potentially storms tomorrow night, so please keep an eye on Team app and Facebook after 3pm for any updates. In the event the grass fields are closed we will go ahead with all games scheduled on fields 1 – 6 only to ensure the grand finals can go ahead. If there are storms we may need to delay/stop some games and then hopefully resume once the storm passes.
Grand Finals – In the event that there are storms tomorrow evening and Grand Final games are affected the following will apply. For a Grand Final game result to be valid at least 50% of the game needs to be played. The official time keeper will be the decision maker as to whether games are valid or not. In the event that a game is called off and 50% has not been played then the winner of the competition will be determined by which team finished on top of the competition ladder.
